Paradise Valley Resort is a premier clothing optional (Nudist) community. The resort was founded in 1976 by a group of nudist from Atlanta as a Sun Club. Two years later, the land was purchased by one of the couples and reopened as Hidden Valley Resort. In 2003, the resort was purchase by Paradiese Lakes in Florida and renamed Paradise Valley Resort.
In 2009 the resort was purchased and renamed Paradise Valley Resort & Club. Today the resort is Georgia's Premier Clothing Optional Community. Commonly referred to as "The Valley" and managed by Jeff & Sarah. The Resort consists of The Historic District, the Valley's original RV Community, The Village Subdivision, The Lodges Condominiums, several RV Parks, Cabins, Villas, Cottages, Tents and the Club.
As we celebrate our 48th year as a clothing optional community, we look forward to our 50th Anniversary Party in March 2026.

Paradise Valley Resort is Georgia's Premier Clothing Optional Community. The resort is gated and not open to the general public. We welcome first-time visitors, but you must arrive during office hours to register. A valid government issued photo ID required to register. Please arrive during office hours to register. While the club is located within the resort, it is private and requires daily or years membership. We offer complimentary day fees for first time couples and single females, except on holiday weekends. Yearly memberships can be purchased at any time during the year. The expiration date is one year from the date of purchase.
The club hosts special events and parties every weekend throughout the year. Leasing or purchasing property does not guarantee admittance to the club. To learn more about the club, click here.

After you sign up for the newsletter, if you think you would enjoy visiting Paradise Valley Resort & Club, please arrive during office hours to register. We are located less than one hour north of Atlanta, just off Georgia 400 in Dawsonville Georgia.
Paradise Valley Resort is a private gated clothing optional (nudist) community. No admittance after hours. Do not run the gate, you will be stopped by resort security and assumed to be trespassing. In case of emergency, there is a radio available at the gate and a gate attendant is available 24/7.
We offer complimentary day fees for all first-time couples and single females, except on holiday weekends. If you have any questions about the resort or the nudist lifestyle, please call the office at 706-265-6110. We offer long term leases and occasionally have homes and RV's for sale.
